Citizenship and residence requirement

Hi I came to Uk on 27 august 2010 via student visa, got married to a BC and got spouse visa 17 july 2011. When i get ILR on the 17 of july 2013, can i apply for citizenship on 27 August 2013? Am i qualified for the 3 year qualifying period stated on the UkBa website? Thanks in advance..
