Hey to everybody , i have been talking to home office , some solicitors and as well people who have already got this visa , infact me myself got tier1 entrepreneur visa in april , this time i m applying for my brother as he is in dubai , my cusin will sponsor him as third party from uk as he have 200000 pounds in his current account , here is the confusion third party from uk needs three documents
Bank statement
legal representative letter
declaration from third party

Regarding letter from uk banks they dont make such letter and also money is already disposable in uk

So can anyone please guide if i am wrong
