Resident with suffiscient funds

Hi
After 1 year on Eu family can we switch to Resident with suffiscient funds
can you explain me resident with suffiscient funds?
What are its requirement ?
Is there any none amount of money?
If there should we like maintain that balance?

as a self sufficient Eu citizen, the requirements would be:
1. comprehensive private medical insurance for the whole family
2. no social welfare

is there any threat that covers this topic so that i dont populate same question.
However the only answer i got says nothing about money requirement is that confirmed?
And do you think we have to inform the garda that the eu citizen has swicth to residence with suffiscient funds after 2 years
