Apparently, your company has not provided all the information required in an application form or the Work Permits require further details. You need to give this letter back to your employer and ask them to submit the outstanding info. If no one is available to get this done by the deadline specified, your company will have to submit a fresh application and pay the fee again.

• Employers’ Liability Insurance
and that the Home Office wants (exactly??) these items.

Why don't you call them and ask them if they received them with the original application, and if so what additional details they would like to see. If you have a copy of the original application, you could always send them again (by Special Delivery).
