COS Start Date Switching from PSW to Tier 1

Hi,
My employer assigned the unrestricted COS and mentioned the start date as 3rd December. I managed to book an appointment in Croydon PEO on 3rd of december. However, I am now in PSW visa and have been working for the company for almost two years.

My question is, as I am going to submit my application on the same day as my start date stated in COS, whether it is going to be valid or not?

Please show me some light on this.

not a problem provided your PSW leave will still be valid on 3 December
