I am applying for Tier-1 G dependent visa for my UK born daughter by post.
I am main applicant and initial visa issued to me is on my old passport.
I have got my passport renewed and have BRP card now.
Appreciate If I could get below questions answered:
1) Do I need to submit photocopy of my previous passport (all pages)?
2) Do I need to submit original//photocopy of marriage certificate?
3) Do I need to submit Employment letter/salary slips?
4) Just want to confirm that I understand I don't need to submit TB certificate as baby is born in UK.
5) Where can I find my recent application reference number as required for filling dependent application form (Question C4)?
6) Could someone confirm that Document checklist that I found in one of the post is complete and no more documents are required.

8. Proof of Maintenance Funds: Only 3 months statements is needed not 12.
