do u think a persons chances are higher in countries where not many people are trying to imigrate to? if u do a search on imigration, u will see one of 4 countries... canada, usa, nz, australia. how bout imigrating to lesser known countries like italy or spain where people are not known to immigrate to?

Chances higher for what, mate?
First of all, Spain and Italy are the countries, which migrants flooding just like that!
It is worth migrating to the country where your welfare will match your inputs. In those countries the migration is properly managed but where it does not necessary have to be low. Such countries are Australia and Canada, are good examples. Britain is probably one of the worst examples.

You can immigrate to any country as long as it allows....

But remember, the illegal immigration is much higher in Spain/Italy etc.

I don't know your country of origin, but people from Asia usually select to immigrate to those 4 countries because of English speaking nature.

Other European countries, like Sweden, Germany, Holland etc. are good for high standard of living as well.
