A rated college said " you can not continue class befor

One of my relative taken CAS from a agent and applied for extension her tier 4 visa from "A Rated" college. She contacted college to continue her class but college said she can not continue her class before extension her visa.

Anybody knows is it rules from "home office" ? Please help.

You are not even the subject and may not know the facts. I think the best solution would be send this link to the Tier 4 guidance to your relative and ask her to identify her circumstances from that.

She taken CAS visa an educational consultant. She applied few days ago. She contacted her college to start class.but college said she can not start class before extension. College said this is rules for A rated college. In highly trusted college you can start class but in A rated college you can not start class before extension.
Is it true ?

Yes its true unless her existing visa is to study at the same college she will need to wait until her extension has been granted.
