Misc questions around ILR case

Post by matiq » Fri Nov 02, 2012 4:41 pm

Hi,

I am the new member, please help me understanding following questions for my ILR

Background: I & my 2 dependents got HSMP visa on 18th FEB 2008. I entered in UK on 22nd MAR 2008 but my 2 dependents (Mrs & Baby) entered in UK on 26th JUL 2008. I & my 2 dependents got extension before 18th FEB 2010 and my new UK born baby got 3 years dependent visa.

1. Can my 2 dependents who got first entry clearance and extension with me apply ILR 28 days before 18th FEB 2013? though their 5 years stay will complete on 26th July 2013

2. Should I apply ILR for my UK born baby OR can I apply UK passport for him after my ILR? If I can apply passport, do I need to go for his naturalization first?

3. What documents we need to know to prove cohabitation & for how long? My House mortgage is under my name only and we are living here since last 2 years. My mrs having lots of misc letters and bank statements delivered at same address. The only letter got both names is council tax and I just opened a join bank account as well in case. Will these documents be enough?

4. I want to apply using PEO and cannot find appointments after 22nd JAN 2013 i.e. 28 days before 18th FEB. I have found in same forums that appointments are release only 42 days ahead from current date. If that is correct why UKBA is showing dates 3 months in advance???

5. I am having some P60s missing in last 5 years, any alternate of that?

6. After my extension, I was jobless for a while. How important is that, I need to be continuous in job? Though I am earning enough to cover salary requirements in any combination of consecutive 12 months out of last 15 months.

7. As I can apply in end JAN 2013, I am counting whole 2012 and last 3 months of 2011 as last 15 months, is that correct?

Thanks

YES

MN1

3. What documents we need to know to prove cohabitation & for how long? My House mortgage is under my name only and we are living here since last 2 years. Documents covering 2 years period, if not in joint name, ensure addressed to both you showing at same address. Good to have from three different sources

4. I want to apply using PEO and cannot find appointments after 22nd JAN 2013 i.e. 28 days before 18th FEB. I have found in same forums that appointments are release only 42 days ahead from current date. If that is correct why UKBA is showing dates 3 months in advance???

May be good to ask UKBA

5. I am having some P60s missing in last 5 years, any alternate of that?

Yes, You can request your employment history from HMRC

6. After my extension, I was jobless for a while. How important is that, I need to be continuous in job? Though I am earning enough to cover salary requirements in any combination of consecutive 12 months out of last 15 months.

I think it should be OK. Look at this

7. As I can apply in end JAN 2013, I am counting whole 2012 and last 3 months of 2011 as last 15 months, is that correct?

Yes
