Tier 1 (General) to ILR SET(O)

Post by sairam2012 » Wed Nov 07, 2012 10:44 pm

Dear all,
I have completed 5years on HSMP+Tier1 (General) and its due to expire on 24th Decemeber.
I got an appointment in the 1st week of december for ILR

My Tier1 (General) extension my application was refused and i appealed against the decision and won the appeal, after 7 months.
Can one of you please clarify if this lost period will have an impact on the ILR granting ?

Will I need to attach any documents to support this period for which I was in the UK under appeal to my ILR application?

Kindly help me with your inputs.

Thanks.

Don't worry, there is no lost period. Your PBS leave remained extant while the appeal was pending. Write a brief covering letter explaining the circumstances and include a copy of the appeal decision.
