eligiable for ILR Dec ,BRP(RC) not back yet,what to do?

Hello there,

Thanks in advance for any advice.

I lost my BRP In September and applied for replacement

now it is November , complaint emails sent, MP email sent . still no progres .

I am eligiable to apply Indefinite leave to remain(10 years) in December.

What should I do as I do NOT have passport (sent for BRP (RC) )

and my current T1 Post study visa expiring Feb 2013 , not far away.

I am worried.

Can anyone advise on this situation ?
