ENTREPRENEUR VISA SELF EMPLOYMENT HELP

Hi guys

I applied my visa in sep and bio on oct 1st.
PSW route funds in abroad
and registered as self employed

I REGISTERED AS SELF EMPLOYED IN MAY AND RECEIVED UTR NUMBER IN JULY.I GOT NI TAX BILL FROM JAN 2012 LAST WEEK.
UKBA SAYS THAT WE NEED TO REGISTER WITH IN 3MONTHS OF APPLICATION DATE.but i registered before 3months.
WILL IT BE ANY PROBLEM??

can any 1 help me out how to sort-out this issue plzzz

Theoretically, it should be a problem. However, rules are often a balance between their citation and their application. It's not possible to make an accurate prediction so I think you are going to have to tell us if it was a problem, after you get a decision.

It will not be a problem, the condition is that the min period is 3 mnths bfre applctn.
