Hi

You have the visa. You can start and indeed must within 3 months. I assume that you still have the £200k or wa that tied to your partner? That would complicate matters, and make it urgent to appeal or re-apply. workpermit.com can help with this

Its a buy one, get one free from UKBA!!! If free one is not issued then still you got to pay for the first.... means you need to invest full 200k.

So you have two options now:

First one you travel back to your home country and forget the visa as your team member is not issued with the one. OR you should have waited for your team member visa to be finalised before travelling on your own.

Second option is to invest 200k on your own. And stay here.
