Payment only after application assessment at Solihull?

Hi guys

I have booked an appointment for my ILR application on 24/12/12 at Solihull PEO, exactly 28 days before my Tier1G expiry date 21/01/2013

I have read on this forum briefly that Solihull PEO does assess the application prior to payment, after making a decision and they will inform the applicant to go for payment? Is this correct?

I'm going to apply with a SP50(court handed) conviction and eager to know if they will do the PNC checks along with their assessment before payment?

PS: I have done a CRB, SAR (PNC check) and both are clear.

Any inputs will be highly appreciated.

Just as being stated here by successful applicants at Solihull, payments are always advised after approval decisions have been made. Don't see your case as any different.

Thanks, I thought the same way and hence booked my appointment in Solihull.

Just hoping that things don't change before I get there !!
