Tier 1 extension - Limited company

Post by izmile » Wed Nov 14, 2012 10:09 am

Hi,

I have a tier 1 extension sometime next year. Recently, I have started my limited company and I registered for Corporation tax, VAT and PAYE. Everything is as expected, but then, I was hoping to get a welcome letter from HMRC. However, I haven't got anything of that sort.

I have read here in the forum that HMRC welcome letter is one of the mandatory requirements for visa processing.. Should I ask HMRC to provide me one? or is that the welcome letter is meant for self-employed only? Please let me know your thoughts on this.

Thanks,
-Ismail
