Request for Advise on ILR

Post by psbiotech » Fri Nov 16, 2012 11:29 am

Dear Help Gurus,
I need your advise for my scenario

I got my Tier1 general in May 2009
My wife got the Tier 1 dependent from India in May. 2010
she went to India for delivery in Aug. 2011 and came back to UK in April 2012
Child born in India and came to UK in April 2012 (Tier1 dependent)
We all got Tier 1 extension in June 2012

I would like to know do we all eligible to apply for ILR in May 2014 at the same time.

Thanks in advance

Regards,
SP

So you mean to say we all three ( me, my wife, child) can apply together for ILR in May 2014

I got confused with the new rules ( 5yrs period rather than 2 yrs) of tier 1 dependent may impact the ILR for my wife and child.
