Where should I submit my application? London or Hong Kong?

Hi guys,

I got a question about which office I should submit my permanent residence application?

I just graudated from Manchester University and now think about the immigration to Canada. Before I thought I should send my application to London office, however I found that it will take about 4 years to get application approval in London. So is that true? but I found the processing time from CIC website. It said only 26 months.

According to the file number letter from Hong Kong office, it will take about 24-30 months to get the visa to Canada. So maybe Hong Kong is even faster than London.

What's the opinion from you guys? Thank you so much!
