ILR+biometric = booking appointment for premuim service?

Hi All,

Many posts say that the enrollment of biometric information is a part of ILR application in person in PEO and you don't need to book a separate appointment for biometric enrollment.

Then, why the SET(O) guidance (24: biometric residence permit) gives the link of online booking for premuim service to book a biometric enrollment (see paragraph 24:13)?

Is this true that the ILR application in person and the biometric enrollment is the same (ONE) online booking of an appointment for application in person by SET(O) form in PEO?

Yes, PEO appointment for ILR includes biometric process.
