Tier 1 visa and ILR doubts

Post by sudhir83k » Thu Nov 22, 2012 9:52 am

Hello,

I am on hsmp tier 1 visa and this expires on 1-MAR-2014.
I was granted visa on 1-MAR-2009 but i came to uk on 20-MAY-2009.
My wife is on tier 1 depandant visa and she was granted visa on 16-May-2012 but she came to uk on 12-June-2012.
My visa and my wife visa will expire on same day (1-MAR-2014).

Can some one please help me with the below doubts please.

1. Am i eligible for ILR in 2014 or should i go for tier 1 extension again.
2. if i am eligible for ILR ,what visa should i apply for my wife.
3. If i am not eligible for ILR then, can i apply tier 1 depandant visa for my wife along with me on the same day.

Please advice.

I checked http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=114832 as well, but needs some more information.

--Hi,

I got my answers for the question 1. I need to go for ILR but

1. What depandant application like PBS depandant or something else.
2. Can i make the depandant application at the same time when i will apply?

Please advice.

thanks
