Multientry Visa error

If INIS Dublin people make an error in someone's multi entry visa (with some typo error like wrong serial number at top etc) and the person doesn't notice and goes back to India . What then? Will the irish embassy in Delhi issue a replacement visa straight away or will that person need to file through the online system in delhi with all his details,docs etc .

If I were you, I would approach the Irish Embassy in India directly OR if far away from the embassy, call them and ask about options.

As long as you can prove that it is an error, I assume it shouldn't be too hard. I would approach the embassy immediately with details to prove that it is really an error.
