ICT to PSW dependent - Impact of cooling of period??

Hi,

I am currently working in the UK on a inter company transfer (ICT) visa. But, this will expire early December 2012. As per the new rule, I will not be able to apply again for a ICT visa for the next 1year, i.e. until the cooling off period is complete.

My wife is working in the UK on a PSW visa valid until Nov 2013.

So my questions are around my dependent PSW visa,

1) Can I apply as a dependent on her PSW visa as soon as I return to India?
2) Will I be able to work as a depedent in the UK?
3) Does the cooling of period on ICT in any way impact my dependent application?
4) Is there any chances of rejection of my dependent visa because I have been working on my ICT for 4 years in UK of the last 7 years.
