Tier 1 General Extension ( previous earning band)

Post by shedy789 » Thu Nov 29, 2012 11:21 pm

Hi,

I have to apply for Tier 1 General extension next year in February, I was trying to find out which previous earning band would be applied in my case, my details are as under,

Got HSMP approval letter in January 2008
Applied for entry clearance in June, 2008
Entry clearance refused and went for appeal in September 2008
Appeal approved after one and half year and got the letter to apply for entry clearance in February, 2010
Got the entry clearance in May 11, 2010 for 3 year till May, 2013
Entered UK in April, 2011

My question is which previous earning rules will be applied to me ( Before April 06, 2010 OR the other one ) to go for extension.

Expert opinion will be highly appreciated.

Regards,

Shahid
