Tier 4 visa application with lost passport!

Hi
Please anyone let me know that is it possible to make
Tier 4 visa application withou passport,
As there is an option of lost passport in visa application form.
I am unable to get new passport because embassy
Required valid visa to issue passport, and my case is in appeal.

If anybody knows about this please reply.

No. Without a valid travel document or passport, you will not be granted any form of visa by any country. You will have to contact embassy and inform about your case. They usually give passports in exceptional cases, like yours if you present your case properly. Which country of passport do you have (which was lost)? Do you have a copy of it? Was your passport valid?

Alhumdulilah Visa granted without passport.
The reason is that there is an option in Application form
to tick lost passport just need to attach police report.
2ndly they issue BRP card instead of stamping the visa on passport just need to attach the copy of lost passport. Also need to write a covering letter and thats it.
Once you get the visa can get the passport from embassy.
