I just got my receipt confirmation on the 5th of December under the new rule. Payment cleared at the same day.

How you fill up the HSMP new form? by hand or by computer?

Hi Ajilani,

Its all ur choice. u can go for hand writing or u can fill it electronically, I suggest u to go for the electronic way. For better clarity! :idea:

I filled up my application by hand, but it shouldn't matter.

can you advise what past earnings docs you sumitted? i am not sure about this category. can you please help.

For earnings, I submitted bank statement and employer reference for the past 12 months. You can use payslip and tax return if you like but the payslips need to be signed and stamped.

First prority shud be:
ITR + Pay slips

But u can goto exceptional consideration:
1. bank statements
2. Employer letter

U need atleast two...MOre then that shud be relavent, will more strengthen ur case
