I fed up hearing gloomy news on HCI London & services there. But for a change I want I want to give very positive news. But I am not sure it was one off or very usual in HCI these days..?
I managed to complete Visa renewal application submission in 1 hour ie token plus submitting passport for renewal in 1 hour that too I reached HCI only around 10.45 AM..!! This was not even imaginable couple of years back.
- I reached HCI 10.45
- Got passport renewal token in 2 minutes (remember passport renewal Q’s is different from PIO ques. PIO Q’s are big but for Passport service no Q at all.
- Entered HCI building & just 20 tokens more to go
- Got my chance in 11.45 (that too consulate man did smile as well this time...
Not sure visa service outsourcing did the trick ? or no one want Indian passport these days..??
