Simple Information Needed

Dear All

Please could anyone provide me with some guidance

I am a british national- Muslim
My wife is a romanian National- Christian

We both had a nikah in Pakistan in Jan 2012, All registered with NADRA

because of busy schedules we went to the civil registration office a few months late

Now i am led to believe that i am married in two countries and its illegal which sounds a bit absurd and i just want her to have a long term visa to pakistan , and for myself to get a NICOP

is this true, cant be , sounds ridiclous

any clarity would be helpful

But Nikah is not recognized by british Govt so i should technically take both the nikah nama and the civil registration document and everything should be ok at the embassy- Pakistani embassy that is
