Biometric residence permit requirement

Hello All ,

I am planning to apply settlement visa for my Baby from India in March next year .I and my Wife have ILR and We don't have " Biometric residence permits " Do we need to get BRP and then submit the BRP copies along with baby's visa application ?

Can someone please clarify ?

If you already have ILR you dont need biometric resident permit for yourself but i tink you gona need it for the baby....
