Spouse Visa... New financial requirement.

hi , me n my wife got married in august 2012 in pakistan.

she came a few months before wedding , ( june ) and went back after wedding in september

now we want to apply for spouse visa... her earning meets new policy requirement...of 18.6k

should we apply with payslips form when she got back , sept october number? for 3 months payslips

or should we wait for 6 months and then apply ?
