Hi All,

Thanks to all contributing on Forum, Great help for everyone.

I have Tier 1 General Visa from 1st March 2011 - 1st March 2013
I am planning to book my PEO appointment early for Jan 2013 date.

1. My Query is when earlier i applied i provided the Affidavit for my name ; reason being my middle name(Dad name) was having salutation in Birth Certificate; while other education certificate and bank statements dont have any salutation in his name. My Question is do i need to provide or make the Affidavit again for birth certificate?

2. I Started working in UK from 5th March 2012 and my visa is expiring in 1st March 2013; My 10 months salary slips will be sufficient for Gross Salary as it is > £40,000. Is it essential to show the Jan 2012,Feb 2012 salary slip as well.

Please advise urgently.

Not sure why you had used birth certificate for, you can use passport for age proof and as it is your extension i dont think your birth certificate will be needed
