Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General

Hi,
I am on ICT Established category since May 2011.
I would like to work in UK contracting market and have found a company www contractors4u com which is ready to sponsor my visa.

They mention I can do contracting while on Tier 2 General visa sponsored by this company.

Can someone guide if this is correct? Should I do this?

Seems to me like they are either spouting a load of bull, or they are licenced under a different name.

Or perhaps you are just spamming the board.
