Hi,

Could you please help me with the following:

I just got told that there one cannot extend for more than 6 years. Also, if the CoS leave has expired one cannot be issued a CoS withing 12 months.


I am expecting a job offer from university. I have been previously been sponsered by the same university but my leave expires in two days. The new job offer will not be made until next week.

Please could anyone tell me if I can make a Tier 2 (General) application on this basis?
