Can we use father statements as maintenance of funds proof?Asked lawyers they have said we can as its blood relation.Thanks if senior reply.

Ask your lawyer to indicate where in Appendix C of the immigration rules it says this is permitted.

therefore you will have to submit the relevant third party declaration and documents from bank which will support this

are running, from each contributor of funds, together with confirmation that the declarations are
valid. If you are relying on money held by your husband, wife or partner, they will be regarded

Means we can use this as father is giving letter confirming that funds are available to me anytime so can we use it to fulfill as maintenance of funds requirements for 3 months?

Please don't confuse third party funds for use as a capital investment with the maintenance requirement for a PBS migrant.
