Tier 2 Change of Employment

Hi All,

Please note that I am Tier 2 Immigrant and I am in the process of changing my job with my previous employer.

So when I checked with my previous employers for CoS, they said that I can reuse the same CoS, which they assigned me 12 months back.

Please could you advise it is possible? Please could you let me know if there is a way we can check the status of old CoS?

No, they can't do that. CoS are only valid for 3 months and can only be used once - they'll need to assign you another one.
