Son-in-law of an EEA National

Post by PATHAN » Sat Dec 15, 2012 3:01 am

HELLO, PLEASE CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME ADVICE ?

I am 2 years married with a NON EEA family member, her mum is French National so my wife visa is dependent on her mum.

I am on a Student Visa and my visa is expiring very soon and of course me and my wife would like to stay here in the UK together. My wife has 5 Years Residence Card expiring on Oct 2014.

Can someone could please tell me what application should I apply?

I heard about Extended Family Visa but not sure what is it.

I'll be very thankful and much appreciated .
