Hello,
I am planning to change from Tier 2 ICT Long Term to Tier 2 General. My new employer (Tier 2 Sponsorer) is offereing salary which is much less than my current salary. Will this be a problem. I am planning to get the visa in UK and go to my native country and come after 1 month serving my notice period. Wil the reduction in salary have any issue during immigration as well?

You're going to need to change those plans!

It's not possible to switch from Tier 2 ICT Long-Term into Tier 2 General. You would need to leave the UK, wait 12 months, and then apply under Tier 2 General (using a restricted CoS).

I am sure that i am eligible as i in UK since 2008. Can someone answer my initial question.

Also is anyone aware of the minimum salary that i need to have for eligibility to ILR
