New AN and MN1 Forms

Dear All,

I have applied for Naturalisation and registration of my child on
11th December 2012 and I have used the following versions

Form AN: September 2010
Form MN1: April 2010

Could someone please confirm when the forms got new versions
I am a bit worried about the versions of my application forms now that I came to know of new versions, but I am sure I checked version the day before applying.

I am sure even the registrar also did not comment about the version.
