Tier-2 Visa allocation for my sponsor.

Hi,

I'm from India .I have a Job offer in UK and they would like to give me sponsorship as well . But they found out they run out of licencses so they would like to renew. Here I have few queries .

1) Is there any yearly quota allocated to companies by UKBA.
2) If we want a new one shall we can put an extra application,is that possible.
3) Is there any limit for company's sponsorship of visas?
