Planing trip abroad for 3months for Freelance work purpose

Hi There,

I am planing a trip abroad (Australia) for three months freelance/client relationship building work, I was wondering is it going to effects my tier 1 visa or is it going to effect my ILR qualified peried?

Kindly somebody shed some light on it pleas, thanks in advance.

It's highly likely to affect it as you would be living somewhere else. For ILR you need to live in the UK for a continuous period of 5 years.
