Query on child naturalisation

Can somebody help me on this, please?

I and my partner are eligible for PR(ILR) in January 2013 and booked the appointment for same day service in Jan second week, hopefully everything goes smoothly.

My baby is born in UK in June 2011 and currently he is in India with my parents from 2012 Aug , we are planning to bring him back after we get our ILR and before his(our current) visa expires in February.

Once he is in UK can we apply for his British citizen ship after we got settlement as he is born in UK?

Is there any restrictions/conditions on the numbers of days stay in the UK?
