hi

my friend is applying for his wife's visa just wondering if this is possible and what visa to use ?

my friend's wife is on PSW visa and my friend is PR. is it possible to convert psw to Tier 1 visa here in the UK and if so which form to use ?

sorry i meant is it possible to convert PSW to PR Dependant (or spouse visa) and if possible what form does he have to use ?

Also can this be converted in the UK or does she has to go back to her country to get this changed ?

SET(M) is for settlement which she does not qualify for. She would need to apply on FLR(M) and would be subject to the new requirements.
