Hi,
I applied for my mum visit visa. BHC Islamabad refused her visa on ground she will not come back to Pakistan even though she has already visited UK before and returned within her time. Even on refusal letter they wrote we are satisfied with sponsor documents.
I applied for appeal in UK But, IA10 (Notice of Pending Appeal) was sent to all parties to the appeal on Nov 2012. This notice is for information only, as it is for the respondent who originally refused the application to action.
The respondent now has until Feb 2013 to review the appeal documents that were submitted and decide whether to overturn their original refused decision. After this date the Tribunal will write to all the relevant parties, so that preparations can be made for an Immigration Judge to consider the appeal here in the United Kingdom.
My question is i paid the required amount in Uk to listen to it in the UK, then why did the tribunal send my appeal to pakistan to review the decision?
