Post study work to tier2 application SOC code issue

Hi guys I would really appreciate if someone can advise me on what to do with my COS, I applied for Tier2 visa changing from PSW on the 18th of December SoC code 2126, my salary was below the required rate at the time of application but I will be getting an end of year increment w.e.f 1 january 2013 bringing me at par with the minimum requirements, this detail has been mentioned in the sponsors note field for the COS, any advice on how to carry on from here would be much appreciated my PSW visa expires on the 10th of January 2013.
