Post by Board.Enquiries » Wed Dec 26, 2012 8:50 pm

Hello,

I am on ILR and which form do I use to apply for my dependent who will be applying for a visa to join me and live with me.

Also can you please let me know if you can share with me the following:

a) Sample Covering Letter
b) Required Documentation List
c) Any other advice

Many thanks for your support in anticipation.

Regards

I thought in your other post you said your were already married and your wife has started divorce proceedings and that she is currently on a 2 year spouse visa??

You cannot apply for a visa for another person if you are still married and have sponsored someone already.

You will get better responses if you kept your questions to one post.

Dependant dont always tend to be spouse or unmarried partner. Unless the OP says otherwise. However i agree that it would be advisable for all posts to be in one thread, so you can get a better advice.
