Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa after overstay

i got psw and apply for tier 1 general which refused due to college closed which issued diploma for psw. i then overstay my visa for 2 year. i came back to India last year. now my one year ban has passed.
can i apply for Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa. what r my chances for success.

Cambridge college ( CCL)

Then the problem isn't just overstaying, but that you also used deception to try to get PSW. If you were working in the UK illegally then that is another problem too.

The college ddn't just close, it was raided by UKBA and the police.
