Verification of the valid pay period for Tier 1G Extension

Hi,

I am going to have my PEO interview on Jan 7, 2013

The period for earnings that I am claiming is:
Start: Oct 15, 2011
End: Oct 15, 2012

Just wanted to double check that this is valid and within the acceptable range.
