Documents for ILR.

Hi

I was just going through the SET(O) form in order to apply for ILR under 10 years rule.I have been on student visa throughout the whole duration and never had any record of refusal.

Does the following list of supporting documents complete the SET(O) form?

1.All Passports
2.BioMetric Residence Permit
3.Two Passport Sized photograph signed in the back
4.Life in the UK test certificate.

Is it better to apply after completing 10 years or 28 days before the completion of 10 years?

Correct.

I'll suggest, write down your absences from the UK on a piece of A4 sheet(with dates going out, coming back, reason for
absence & number of days out) then total days out in last 10 years.
Attach it with your appliction.
You can apply up to 28 days before if your current visa is meeting or exceeding 10 year period.
