ILR - New Rules Confusion

Hi,

I am very much confused with the new rules that was effective from December.

Please clarify the same.

I came to UK on Jan 2008 under work permit sponsered by umberlla company. They sent me to Germany for a contract work on Feb and I was back to UK on August.
During these periods, I made sure to come at regular intervals to UK and also maintained to be inside UK every 90 days. Also, all my pay was generated in UK along with NI and tax.

Based on this, I have the following clarification

1. With the current rules in place, am i still eligible to apply for PR
2. Is getting an letter from Employer mandatory as I have my payslips,bank statements and p60 for proof
3. I dont have good terms with my previous employer. So, thinking whether it is mandatory to get the letter. Although, I can alternatively get letter from my client in Germany whom I had worked.

Based on these facts, does it affect anything with respect to the new rules.

Hi,

I am on Tier 1 now and have validity till March 2014.

I was in WP from 2008 to 2009 and then converted to Tier 1.
