Tier 2 ICT Alternative ?

Hi,

I was in Tier 2 ICT Short term and I have left UK on 28 Jul-2012. I understand that cool off period is one year from the date I left UK. But due to my project situation I need to replace my colleague by Feb 2013. I am not eligible for Long term visa bcoz my salary is less than 40K GBP.


Can I apply for Business VISA? If so what is the max period allowed to stay in UK or is there any other possibilities ? Kindly help.

A business visit visa would not permit you to work for a UK employer.
