Trade Contract- Need urgent help

Post by dd156 » Thu Jan 03, 2013 4:34 am

Another tier 1 entrepreneur applicant that I know was apparently told by his solicitor that it is preferred that the contract that is provided as evidence is with another business and not individuals. The logic behind this made little sense but I just wanted to confirm if there is any truth in this?
He mentioned that this is the case because it makes it easier for the UKBA to verify the contract.

Thanks. I did go through the guidance but thought I'd get people's opinions here.

I'm no expert but I can't see how that can be compulsory.
Not all businesses trade with other businesses; many just trade with individuals.
Not 100% sure about the requirement for the visa though.
