Clarification on 28 days before !

Please find my timeline below.

Timeline:

HSMP visa stamp date: 05- March -2008
First Entry to UK: 17 - May - 2008 (72 days from the date of Entry clearance, which is OK as per modernized guidance)
Tier 1 General Stamped date: 05-March - 2010
Tier 1 General visa ends by: 05- March - 2013.

Question:

I have calculated the ILR application date, which is 28 days before the visa expiry date, as 05 - Feb -2013.

I have booked the PEO appointment on 06-Feb-2013.

Am I right in calculating the date as 05- Feb - 2013, 28 days before the expiry of Tier1 Visa, from 05 March 2013?

Note: feb 2013 has 28 days days only
